This policy outlines procedures governing knowledge sharing within a company. According to this policy, all company employees are considered key to the cycle of knowledge creation, sharing and application, therefore, it is required that all employees, as part of their employment agreement, accept and adhere to the principles established in this policy.
In order to maximize effectiveness and enable business strategy, a company must develop a knowledge management strategy which ties the efforts and information created and used by various product, industry, and process groups into one cohesive platform for knowledge sharing.
